At DAYVIBES we take pride in the quality of every garment. All items are made to order just for you.

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control. 

 

Shipping rates are calculated based on order quantity at checkout.

Local Options​

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We love our local community 🌞. If you’re in the Venice or North Port area, we offer hand-delivered "DAYVIBES" drops right to your door. This service bypasses standard mail, ensuring your gear arrives in perfect condition and often faster than traditional shipping.

​

What are your local delivery zones?
We offer two tiers of local service based on your location:

  • DAYVIBES Drop ($0): Our VIP service for Venice and Venice Island (34293, 34292, 34285, 34284). Orders are hand-delivered at no charge in our premium, gift-ready packaging (please allow 7-10 business days for delivery +5 for bulk orders).

  • Extended Local Drop ($10): Available for our neighbors in Nokomis, Englewood, and North Port (34275, 34223, 34287). Orders are hand-delivered in our premium, gift-ready packaging (please allow 7-10 business days for delivery +5 for bulk orders).

How does it work?
At checkout, if your zip code is within our local radius, you’ll see the "Local Delivery" options appear. Just select your preferred tier, and we'll take care of the rest! You'll receive a text or email notification once your fresh gear is ready for drop off.

Free Local Pickup (South Venice/34293)
Want your gear without the delivery fee? Select "Fast & Free Local Pickup" at checkout!

  • How it works: Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text with the pickup address and instructions.

  • Where: We are located in the South Venice (34293) area.

  • When: Pickup hours are Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm.

  • Note: Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" notification!

Returns & Exchanges

​

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
